The house gives easy access to the sea since the closest beach is just around the corner (50 meters away) and a more organized with beach bars is at 2 minutes by car (Trani Ammouda). Ormos Panagias, a small village by the sea, is providing you with tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets and the fish market where you can buy fresh fish. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and welcoming.
Emerald Halkidiki
Agios Nikolaos is a small village located in the east of Sithonia. Although its location is higher and in between cliffs it has a wonderful seaside just 1 km away. The village has everything to provide such as restaurants, tavernas, bars and supermarkets since it has permanent residents during the whole year. At its central plateau you’ll be able to enjoy live music from time to time and at the open market you’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables. Don’t hesitate to ask for more details and informations.
Our Villa
Located almost in the center of Sithonia, Villa Pagiantes has the ideal spot in order to move around and have access even to the furthest beach of the peninsula (less than 60 minutes away).Ormos Panagias is only 3 kilometers away and from there you can get a ship to visit Mount Athos and explore the gulf between the peninsulas.
